We will begin by identifying your concerns and goals for healing and growth in order to create an individualized treatment plan.

You can expect to see elements of EMDR, IFS, somatic approaches, neuroscience, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, CBT and DBT incorporated in our work together in an personalized manner.

Identifying your strengths will assist us in implementing strategies to fortify your foundation of wellbeing, connection and integration.

You will learn to listen to your thoughts, feelings and body sensations and practice honoring them, accepting and validating them, to help you experience unencumbered healing of self-compassion.

You will learn to listen to your needs and wants in the therapy process when it comes to the direction, intensity, and speed of treatment.

Through increasing your ability to regulate emotions, cognitions and body sensations, you will feel empowered to face traumas and disturbances resulting in feeling disconnected, fragmented, and/ or stuck in the fight-flight-freeze-fawn response.
​
We will address (somatically, emotionally, cognitively and behaviorally) long held wounds that stand in a way of you feeling whole.
​
Progressively, you will experience more grounding, alertness and spaciousness to move towards self-actualization and purpose.

My expertise in mental health and your expertise in your own life will guide us in discovering and releasing areas and parts of your being that no longer resource you. and becoming your free and true SELF.
