The Embodied Muse Groups
.jpg)
At The Embodied Muse, we create somatically informed artistic experiences that bring people closer to themselves and to each other. Through the transformative power of creative expression and embodied practices, we guide participants toward healing, authentic self-expression, and a purpose-driven life.
Our programs integrate creative arts with therapeutically grounded techniques, led by a mental health therapist with extensive trauma expertise and a passion for authenticity. Each event offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your vitality, listen to yourself deeply, and nurture the spark of your true self.
The journey is thoughtfully structured around the seven-chakra framework- used as a symbolic and developmental guide, while remaining rooted in psychological and nervous system awareness rather than spiritual ideology.
We believe healing and transformation are collective as much as they are personal. By building a community of embodied creatives, we encourage growth, connection, and resilience from the inside out.
More about the group
What it is
-
A therapist-led, trauma-informed women's gathering
-
A non-clinical, experiential space
-
Rooted in nervous system awareness and embodied science
-
A structured blend of somatic techniques and creative expression
-
Intentionally intimate (maximum of 8 women)
-
A layered journey toward integration and wholeness
Offered as a standalone 2-hour circle: A two-hour immersion into embodied presence and creative reclamation of SELF. It is ideal if: • You are curious but not ready to commit to the full 7-week immersion • You feel particularly drawn to one of the embodied themes • You want to experience the container before entering a longer arc Each Circle explores one layer of the embodied journey. While inspired by the seven-chakra map, the themes are approached through grounded, trauma-informed presence and nervous system awareness rather than spiritual doctrine. Each gathering centers on one of the following themes: • Safety & Grounding — reconnecting with safety in the body • Creativity & Passion — awakening fluidity and emotional expression • Reclaiming Personal Power — strengthening boundaries and inner authority • Heart Opening — cultivating compassion and relational presence • Voice & Communication — embodying authentic expression • Intuition & Inner Knowing — deepening self-trust and clarity • Connection & Integration — expanding beyond self into coherence and meaning You may attend a Circle that aligns with what feels most alive for you.
And as a 7-week immersion: Designed for women ready to move beyond a single experience and into steady integration. Unlike the standalone Circle, this journey unfolds progressively. Each week builds upon the last, creating safety, depth, and coherence over time. This immersion is ideal if: • You desire sustained, layered transformation rather than a single gathering • You are ready to commit to a structured arc of embodied growth • You long for a consistent, intimate circle of women over time • You want continued integration — not just inspiration Inspired by the seven-chakra map and grounded in trauma-informed nervous system awareness, the immersion gently guides you through seven embodied layers: Week 1 — Safety & Grounding Reconnecting with safety in the body. Establishing regulation and internal steadiness. Week 2 — Creativity & Passion Awakening fluidity, emotional movement, and life force through creative expression. Week 3 — Reclaiming Personal Power Strengthening boundaries, agency, and embodied authority. Week 4 — Heart Opening Cultivating compassion, relational presence, and balanced vulnerability. Week 5 — Voice & Communication Embodying authentic expression and grounded truth-telling. Week 6 — Intuition & Inner Knowing Deepening clarity, discernment, and trust in internal guidance. Week 7 — Connection & Integration Expanding beyond fragmentation into coherence, meaning, and embodied wholeness.

A note on scope
The Embodied Muse is a non-clinical, educational and experiential circle.
While facilitated by a licensed trauma-informed therapist, it is not therapy and does not replace individual treatment.
The focus is deepening integration through creative and somatic strategies— not trauma processing.
If you are navigating acute mental health challenges, individual therapy support may be appropriate before participation.
If unsure, you are welcome to reach out.
