The Embodied Muse Groups

Hands Holding Wooden Plate
Workshops

At The Embodied Muse,  we create somatically informed artistic experiences that bring people closer to themselves and to each other. Through the transformative power of creative expression and embodied practices, we guide participants toward healing, authentic self-expression, and a purpose-driven life.

Our programs integrate creative arts with therapeutically grounded techniques, led by a mental health therapist with extensive trauma expertise and a passion for authenticity. Each event offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your vitality, listen to yourself deeply, and nurture the spark of your true self.

We believe healing and transformation are collective as much as they are personal. By building a community of embodied creatives, we encourage growth, connection, and resilience from the inside out.

History and inspiration

The Embodied Muse is inspired by and an extension of "Finding My Way Home" by Marta Jackson, LMCHC- an activity journal guiding women towards cultivating self-connection.

The purpose is to inspire and empower all those who are ready and curious to courageously journey towards becoming themselves. Through playful, creative gatherings, authentic expression naturally leads to healing and growth.

Final thoughts

In the spirit of community and love, respectful exchange of ideas and reflections is encouraged but not obligatory. Come as you are, sip some tea, create freely and embody the muse within you!

"Practice any art, music, singing, dancing, acting, drawing, painting, sculpting, poetry, fiction, essays, reportage, no matter how well or badly, not to get money and fame, but to experience becoming, to find out what's inside you, to make your soul grow".

Kurt Vonnegut
