Establishing regulation and internal steadiness. Week 2 — Creativity & Passion- "To Feel" Awakening fluidity, emotional movement, and life force through creative expression. Week 3 — Reclaiming Personal Power- "To Act" Strengthening boundaries, agency, and embodied authority. Week 4 — Heart Opening- "To Love" Cultivating compassion, relational presence, and balanced vulnerability.
